Corporate governance demands are becoming ever greater and whilst some countries already require significant biographical and other details about senior executives, the debate about forward disclosure requirements will only serve to place more pressure on this area. Additionally, there will be times, perhaps of corporate acquisition or merger, where a company’s senior executives might require professional representation in high level documents, bid documents etc.

Such materials must be crafted in line with the corporate culture, and written in a way that will inspire investor confidence in the business leaders. Many senior executives either do not have the time or skills to do this for themselves, or prefer to have an external, skilled consultant work with them to allow for frank discussion, coaching and guidance.
